President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Halley Freeman, Carol Franklin, Jay McMinn, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Josh Owenby, and Kim Wilhoite. ย Unable to attend was Carly Rouse and Tyler Unsell.ย  Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 210513-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 210513-1).

President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the guests.ย  The Board addressed guest concerns about his shed in his backyard.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES โ€“ Halley Freeman made a motion to accept the April 8, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Kim Wilhoite. The motion passed unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS:

Restrictions Privileges Suspension โ€“Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 210408-3).

NEW BUSINESS:

Purchase of New Refrigerator โ€“ Kim Wilhoite made a motion to allow a new refrigerator to be purchased to be used either in the clubhouse or pool, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle.ย  The motion passed unanimously.

Changes to Board Members

– Kim Wilhoite made a motion to accept Tyler Unsellโ€™s resignation and allow Scott Mallory to step into his place, seconded by Carol Arnold.ย  The motion passed unanimously.

– Carol Franklin made a motion to allow Halley Freeman to take Tyler Unsellโ€™s position as Vice President and allow Kim Wilhoite to take Halley Freemanโ€™s position as Treasurer, seconded by Carol Arnold.ย  The motion passed unanimously.

Changes to Pool use Rules and Regulations โ€“ Kim Wilhoite made a motion to accept changes to the Rules and Regulations as presented in Attachment 210513-3, seconded by Carol Franklin.ย  The motion passed with (5) five in favor and (1) abstained.

Committee Reports were presented and discussed.

At 7:48 P.M. Carol Arnold made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Carol Franklin.ย  The motion passed unanimously.
