President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Halley Freeman, Carol Franklin, Jay McMinn, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Josh Owenby, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Tyler Unsell. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 210311-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 210311-1).
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the quests.
GUEST CONCERNS – Verlin Storm Water Grant Project.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the February 11, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA –Pool age changes to rules and regulations.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension –Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 210211-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
Office Doors – After discussion, Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion that we change the office procedures to keep doors locked during business hours, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
Pool age change to rules and regulations – After discussion, Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to change to Section III.B.5 and III.C.2 to adjust the age of unaccompanied minors from 8 to 12, seconded by Carly Rouse. The motion passed unanimously.
Verlin Storm Water Grant Project – After discussions Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to present an application to Platte County’s Stormwater Grant program to address flooding issues at near 5709 NW Verlin Dr, seconded by Carly Rouse. The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 8:17 P.M Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously.
