President Ken Emerson called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board Members in attendance were Gary Droege, Ken Emerson, Jacqui Maiseroulle, Halley Freeman, Carol Franklin and Tyler Unsell. Carol Arnold, Howard Matteson, and Jay McMinn were unable to attend. Also in attendance were Office Manager Sherri Smith and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 200910-1). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting. (Attachment 2009910-2)
GUEST CONCERNS – Amber Drake represented the Swim Team to thank the Board for the pool use. There are no numbers as of this date.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the August 13, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed with on abstained.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA – None
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing noncompliant homes and one new home, seconded by Ken Emerson. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 200910-3).
Clubhouse Occupancy –After discussion Tyler Unsell made a motion to continue the closure of the clubhouse, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
Large Lien Holders – Ken Emerson reported court date for the remaining two lien holders is scheduled for October 8th, 2020.
NEW BUSINESS:
Budget Prep – Mr. Emerson advised committees to work on the 2021 Budget. Budget work session was set for October 1, 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse.
Committee Reports were presented.
At 7:35 P.M Ken Emerson made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Jacqui Maiseroulle. Motion passed unanimously.
