President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Josh Owenby, Bryce Palmer, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Jay McMinn. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220908-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 2200908-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Ed Cayton made a motion to accept the August 10, 2022, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220908-3).
Mike Howell provided updates on the status of the insurance complaint against the fiber contractor who installed the AT&T Fiber.
Mike Howell provided an update on the issue with the sinkhole in the park.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 8:02 p.m. Bryce Palmer made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
