We wanted to take a minute to send a friendly announcement to those families who are using the Walnut Creek community pool this summer.
We are only in our 2ndย week of the pool season, and we are already starting to receive numerous complaints about the conduct of some residents and their guests.ย For any of you or your children who are bringing guests to the pool, please remember you are responsible for their conduct.ย Any behavior that violates the pool rules will be subject to the Disciplinary Actions described w/in the pool rules document. Foul language, fighting, or any other behavior by residents or guests deemed disruptive or unsafe by the on-duty lifeguards will not be tolerated. This will result in immediate disciplinary action outlined in the pool operation document.
The last thing any of us want to do is remove you or your family from the pool temporarily or permanently for the rest of the summer.ย I have attached the pool operation document for your review.ย Please take a moment to familiarize yourself and your children with the pool operation rules.
Our goal is for the safe operation and enjoyment of the Walnut Creek community pool by all eligible residents. Please help us ensure that it is a great summer at the pool for everyone.
