The regularly scheduled meeting for Thursday, June 11th 2020 was not held due to lack of a quorum. Therefore, a Special Meeting was called by Secretary, Jacqui Maiseroulle and Treasurer, Halley Freeman to conduct business left from the June 11th meeting.
Secretary Jacqui Maiseroulle called to order the special meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Sunday, June 14th, 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Carol Arnold, Gary Droege, Ken Emerson, Carol Franklin, Halley Freeman, Jacqui Maiseroulle, Howard Matteson, and Tyler Unsell. Jay McMinn and was unable to attend. Also in attendance was Office Manager Sherri Smith (Attachment 200614-1). There were no guests. An agenda for the meeting was provided. (Attachment 200614-2)
GUEST CONCERNS – None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the March 12, 2020 meeting minutes with the correction of “was” to “were” in attendance, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the May 14, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Gary Droege. The motion passed unanimously.
Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the May 24, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Ken Emerson. The motion passed unanimously.
Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the May 28, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Tyler Unsell. The motion passed unanimously.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA – None
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Tyler Unsell made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing noncompliant homes, seconded by Gary Droege. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 200614-3).
Pool Rules Adjustments during Pandemic – Ken Emerson made a motion to accept the addendum to the pool rules (Attachment 200614-4), seconded by Jacqui Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously.
Ken Emerson made a motion to authorize the pool committee to make further alterations to the addendum through the pool season as needed, seconded by Jacqui Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
No New Business.
Committee Reports were presented. The clubhouse will be shut down until July 8th, 2020 due to COVID19.
