President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, June 02, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Ed Cayton, Carol Arnold, Carol Franklin, , Josh Owenby, Bryce Palmer, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Jay McMinn. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220602-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 220602-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests and responded to guest concerns.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Ed Cayton made a motion to accept the May 12, 2022, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220210-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:36 p.m. Kim Willhoite made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously.
