The regularly scheduled meeting for Thursday, July 9th 2020 was rescheduled to Wednesday, July 8th 2020 due to a home swim meet. President Ken Emerson called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Wednesday, July 8th 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Carol Arnold, Gary Droege, Ken Emerson, Carol Franklin, Halley Freeman, Jacqui Maiseroulle, Howard Matteson, and Tyler Unsell. Jay McMinn and was unable to attend.
Also in attendance were Office Manager Sherri Smith and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 200709-1). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting. (Attachment 200709-2)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the June 11, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA โ None
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension โ Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing noncompliant homes and one new home, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment ย 200709-3).
Website โ Tyler Unsell reported that the website is up.
Clubhouse Occupancy โ After discussion Howard Matteson made a motion to continue the clubhouse closure due to the pandemic and to be readdressed at the next regular Board Meeting, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.

Committee Reports were presented.
Community Relations: Tyler Unsell presented the idea of the association hiring an ice cream truck to hand out one free ice cream (limit $5.00) to the residents to accommodate for all of the social events that were shut down this year due to COVID19. Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to have an ice cream truck provide one treat per resident, seconded by Tyler Unsell. The motion passed unanimously.
Grounds Shelterhouse- After discussion Tyler Unsell made a motion the Shelterhouse to be opened for reservations with recommendations on social distancing, seconded by Ken Emerson. The motion passed unanimously.
At 7:61 P.M Ken Emerson made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Gary Droege. Motion passed unanimously.
