President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Josh Owenby, Bryce Palmer, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Jay McMinn and Carol Arnold. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220113-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 220113-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Carly Rouse made a motion to accept the December 9, 2021, regular meeting minutes, as well as November 11, 2021, annual meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Kim Wilhoite made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220113-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:58 p.m. Josh Owenby made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously.
