Treasurer Kimberly Wilhoite called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Jay McMinn, Bryce Palmer, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Carol Arnold, Josh Owenby, and Carly Rouse. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220210-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 220210-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Bryce Palmer made a motion to accept the January 13, 2022, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220210-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
Authorization for Office Manager to be signatory on Checking Account #2 – After discussion Ed Cayton made a motion to add Office Manager, Angela Ray, as a signatory on Checking Account #2 at Equity Bank, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:38 p.m. Kim Wilhoite made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
