2021 August
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Wednesday, August 12, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Carol Franklin, Halley Freeman, Scott Mallory, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Jay McMinn, Josh Owenby, and Carly Rouse. Unable to attend was Kim Wilhoite. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 210812-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 210812-1).
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the guests. Resident requests were heard.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Halley Freeman made a motion to accept the July 7, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 210812-3).
Pool Subsidies – Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion that the Board continue with subsidies for the Creekers Swim Team next year, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None presented.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:38 p.m. Jay McMinn made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Josh Owenby. The motion passed unanimously.
