President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Ed Cayton, Janette Hale, Summer Hogan, Josh Owenby, Carly Rouse, and Bryce Palmer. Unable to attend were, Kim Wilhoite and Meghan Robinson. Also in attendance were residents on the attendance list (Attachment 230413-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 230413-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Ed Cayton made a motion to accept the March 2023 meeting minutes, seconded by Janette Hale. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carly Rouse made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 230413-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
Ed Cayton made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously.
