Vice President Carol Franklin called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Bryce Palmer, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was and Josh Owenby, and Jay McMinn. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220414-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 220414-1).
Vice President Carol Franklin welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Kim Wilhoite made a motion to accept the February 10, 2022, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Bryce Palmer. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Bryce Palmer made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220210-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
Special Project Request for re-mulching of the Playgrounds – After discussion Bryce Palmer made a motion to approve re-mulching playgrounds, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed unanimously.
Special Project Request for construction of corn-hole boards – After discussion Kim Wilhoite made a motion to approve up to $1,200 for the construction of corn-hole boards, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 8:15 p.m. Kim Wilhoite made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
