President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Josh Owenby, Bryce Palmer, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Jay McMinn. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 221110-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 221110-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Kim Wilhoite made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 221110-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
Proposed Rules and Regulations change – Bryce Palmer made a motion to make a change to WC Rules and Regulations, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 221110-4)
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:29 p.m. Kim Wilhoite made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
