President Josh Owenby called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Ed Cayton, Carol Franklin, Jay McMinn, Josh Owenby, Bryce Palmer, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Carol Arnold and Carly Rouse. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 220512-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 220512-1).
President Josh Owenby welcomed the guests and responded to guest concerns.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Kim Wilhoite made a motion to accept the April 14, 2022, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Ed Cayton. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 220210-3).
ATV Use in Neighborhood – Bryce Palmer gave update on what authority HOA has with this.
NEW BUSINESS:
Development on Crooked Road – The board discussed possible effects on WCSHA property by rain runoff from new development.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 8:12 p.m. Ed Cayton made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Kim Wilhoite. The motion passed unanimously.
