2021 November
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Carol Franklin, Halley Freeman, Scott Mallory, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Josh Owenby, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Jay McMinn. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 211111-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 211111-1).
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the October 14th, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Franklin. The motion passed with (7) seven in favor and (1) abstained
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Halley Freeman made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 211111-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
2022 Budget – Administration Committee presented the 2022 proposed budget for approval. After discussion, Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the budget, seconded by Halley Freeman. Motion passed unanimously.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:11 p.m. Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Kim Wilhoite. The motion passed unanimously.
