2021 October
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Carol Franklin, Scott Mallory, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Josh Owenby, Carly Rouse, and Kim Wilhoite. Unable to attend was Carol Arnold, Halley Freeman, and Jay McMinn.ย Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 211014-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 211014-1).
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES โ Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the September 9th, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Josh Owenby. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension โ Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 211014-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
Grounds Special Project landscaping โ Grounds committee presented a special project request for landscaping near the pool.ย After discussion, Kim Wilhoite made a motion to accept the project from Agape Landscaping, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle.ย Motion passed unanimously.
2022 Annual Assessment โ Administration Committee presented the Annual Assessment as is for approval.ย After discussion, Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the letters, seconded by Carly Rouse.ย Motion passed unanimously.
2022 Annual Assessment Letter โ Administration Committee presented the Annual Assessment letters for approval.ย After discussion, Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the letters, seconded by Josh Owenby.ย Motion passed unanimously.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:41 p.m. Jacqueline Maiseroulle made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Jay McMinn. The motion passed unanimously.
