President Jacqueline Maiseroulle called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Halley Freeman, Carol Franklin, Jay McMinn, Jacqueline Maiseroulle, Josh Owenby, Carly Rouse, Tyler Unsell, and Kim Wilhoite. Also in attendance were Office Manager Angela Ray and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 210408-2). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting (Attachment 210408-1).
President Jacqueline Maiseroulle welcomed the quests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Carol Franklin made a motion to accept the March 11, 2021, regular meeting minutes, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension –Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing non-compliant homes, seconded by Jacqueline Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 210408-3).
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
Committee Reports were presented and discussed.
At 7:52 P.M Tyler Unsell made a motion for the meeting to be adjourned, seconded by Halley Freeman. The motion passed unanimously.
