Vice President Gary Droege called the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association to order on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse.
Board members in attendance were Carol Arnold, Jacqui Maiseroulle, Carol Franklin and Jay McMinn. Halley Freeman, Tyler Unsell and Ken Emerson were unable to attend. Also in attendance were Office Manager Sherri Smith and residents on the attendance list (Attachment 20201112-1). Members were provided with an agenda for the meeting. (Attachment 20201112-2)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to accept the October, 2020 meeting minutes, seconded by Carol Arnold. Motion passed unanimously.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA – None
OLD BUSINESS
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Jacqui Maiseroulle made a motion to suspend membership
privileges on the existing noncompliant homes and three new homes, seconded by Carol Franklin.
The motion passed unanimously.
Large Lien Holders – Judgement entered for one, continued Court date Dec 3 for the other.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Administration – Workers comp audit in process
Clubhouse – Will remain closed until January 14
Community Relations – Clean up went well, holiday events canceled except the Lighting Contest.
