President Ken Emerson called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Walnut Creek South Homes Association on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 7:00 P. M. at the Association Clubhouse. Board members in attendance were, Carol Arnold, Gary Droege, Ken Emerson, Carol Franklin, Jacqui Maiseroulle, Howard Matteson, and Jay McMinn. Halley Freeman and Tyler Unsell was unable to attend. Also in attendance were Office Manager Sherri Smith (Attachment 200514-1). There were no guests due Pandemic limitations of 10 people gatherings set by the Platte County Health Department. An agenda for the meeting was provided. (Attachment 200514-2)

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA – None
OLD BUSINESS:
Restrictions Privileges Suspension – Carol Franklin made a motion to suspend membership privileges on the existing noncompliant homes, seconded by Ken Emerson. The motion passed unanimously. (Attachment 200514-3).
By-Laws addition / change – Jacqui Maiseroulle presented a By-Law addition and a change (Attachment 200514-4) as recommended by the Association Attorney to enable the Board of Directors to accept Walnut Creek nonmembers into membership. Ken Emerson made a motion to accept the By-Law addition and a change, seconded by Jacqui Maiseroulle. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
No New Business.
Committee Reports are to be sent out via email to allow for a short meeting due to the COVID19 pandemic.
