Reserving the Walnut Creek Ball Fields

The Walnut Creek Ball Fields may be reserved by members in good standing for…

(1) personal activities and (2) team activities that include Walnut Creek members. Ball Fields are not available for general public use. Team reservations of Ball Fields may be limited based on usage requests by Members and inclement weather.

Important: Ball Field reservations are not finalized until all the following steps are completed!

Steps to complete the reservation:

• Contact the Association office to discuss your need and interest in using either or both of the Ball Fields.
• Print & complete the Ball Field Reservation Request Form.
• Contact the Association office to receive Waiver of Liability forms to be completed by both member and coach
• Submit for completed request form and waiver of liability form(s) to the office.
• For Team reservations, coaches’ contact information must be provided.
• Field Schedules will be determined for the Spring (March 1) and Fall (August 1) seasons. You will be contacted to discuss your request
